While this limits our capacity, it enables us to focus intensely on each client, ensuring personalized and deeply engaging services that align with their unique needs.

In 2021, I founded Big Bang, drawing on my experience building recruiting machines for various startups. I started the company with 2 core beliefs: 1) internal teams are far more effective at pitching their startup compared to external support, and 2) that successful hiring hinges on sourcing ample high-quality talent. I believe hiring teams are most effective when they can fully focus on pitching their company and roles, while relying on specialized partners like us to handle the heavy lifting of talent sourcing.
